Pain in Pregnancy
Mild aches and pains are common during pregnancy as your body changes to support your growing baby. As your belly expands, ligaments stretch, muscles work harder, and your posture shifts, which can cause discomfort in areas like your back, hips, and pelvis. Gentle stretching, good posture, and staying active can help ease the strain. Please see below for additional resources on pain in pregnancy.
