To request an appointment, you must first obtain a referral from your family doctor or walk-in clinic.

Your family doctor plays a key role in your healthcare by maintaining your medical records and providing routine care, such as annual physicals and pap tests. When specialized expertise is needed for diagnosis or treatment, your doctor may refer you to a specialist. Our specialists have advanced training in areas such as obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health.

Once your doctor sends a referral letter to Queensway Obstetrics & Gynecology, our office will contact you to schedule an appointment. After your visit, your specialist will provide a comprehensive report to your referring doctor, who remains your primary contact and coordinates your overall care, involving specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Please click next to send us a message to cancel your appointment.  Our clinic has a strict 2 business day policy for appointment cancellation at our office.  Any cancellation within 2 business days will be considered a 'no-show' and is subject to fees.

Surgical, colposcopy and urodynamic appointments are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy.
