Eating healthy during pregnancy is very important for both the mother and the baby. A good diet with the right vitamins and nutrients like folic acid, iron, and calcium helps the baby grow well and keeps the mother healthy. It can also reduce the risk of problems during pregnancy.

The Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) is a weekly prenatal program that provides group based and individual support and education from Public Health Nurses and Registered Dietitians in collaboration with Community partners.
